We all make mistakes. We are human and this is part of life.If you do say or do something that you wish you hadn’t, take responsibility for it, “clean it up” and apologize.

Accepting when you’re wrong might be difficult, but it’s worth it. Sincerely admitting your faux pas can prevent wounds from festering in your relationships and release negative emotions instead of having them build up inside you.  

No one is perfect. Be a person of integrity and when appropriate, apologize sincerely. Your relationships will be healthier, you’ll experience less internal angst and you’ll feel better about yourself!
