What will it take for you to feel more balanced?

A little less drink, a little more exercise, a little less tech?

Chances are, you know what you need, but the changes feel overwhelming. Have you heard the saying, “Eat the elephant one bite at a time”? Start small and take baby steps.

Set specific, realistic goals for yourself: I will limit myself to 2 glasses of wine when I go out to eat; I will exercise 3x a week for 1 hour; I will turn my phone off at 9pm.

Think of what YOU need in order to bring a sense balance to your life.
