Get Out of Your Funk
The next time you’re feeling anxious, stressed or in a funk, stop dwelling on how you feel. Instead, do something kind for someone else.
Research shows that being nice can help you feel a lot better! Even the smallest acts of kindness can help. Make eye contact and smile at people as you walk through a crowd. Give a heartfelt compliment to someone who waits on you at the grocery store or in a restaurant. As you drive, be courteous and let another driver pull out in front of you.
