Pace Yourself

Go ahead…indulge! But, pace yourself.

The holidays are not over. It’s easy to get in a festive, “what the heck” mood. Indulge and enjoy, but pace yourself!

Don’t skip your daily walk or workout routine.  Remember what it feels like when you can’t button the top of your pants or how uncomfortable it feels to be in tight clothes.

Prepare yourself by becoming more conscious of that “what the heck” voice and be more aware of what you eat and drink. This will make it easier to bounce back after the holidays.
