GIFTS
We all experience these things we call "coincidences." I really believe they are gifts and that synchronicity is a powerful ‘wink’ from the Universe telling us that yes, we’re on the right track.
It could be a call from someone that you're thinking about, an unexpected sale on that item you've been eyeing for a while or even looking at the clock and seeing repeated numbers like 11:11, 2:22, 3:33 etc. We are shown so many gifts all the time, but we are often too busy to notice.
This week become more aware of your opportunities to feel connected to the universe 1) Slow down and pay attention to the "gifts" you are given 2) Express your gratitude as you would for any other gift!! HAPPY MONDAY!

SERENITY PRAYER
I will never forget the first time that I heard the
"Serenity Prayer." I loved the idea of actually living it.
I try to distinguish between things that are in or out of my control. If there is something that I can do, I do my best to do it, If not I consciously work on letting it go. That helps bring me the peace and serenity that I am looking for.
This week….Make a post it or print out the prayer and remind yourself when you are feeling upset to ask for……... the serenity to accept the things you can’t change, the courage to change what you can and the wisdom to know the difference and then LET IT GO!

NO MORE MULTI-TASKING!
For those of you who read my Motivational Monday newsletter last week, I hope you were able to spend at least a few days noticing where you put your attention.
Now let’s look at how you can control where you choose to place your attention, rather than living on auto pilot.
The beauty of this practice is that anyone can do it and the more you practice, the easier it becomes.
The gist of the practice: Say goodbye to multi-tasking! I know what you’re thinking—yes, it’s hard for me too. But, when you stop doing more than one thing at a time, each thing you do becomes more fun (even—believe it or not—doing the dishes). And the benefits of these single-focus actions are actualized not just in that moment, but in many other areas of your life!
So, make a commitment to give attention to what really matters to you, whether it’s your body, your relationships, your family, your career, or your spiritual life. Set your priorities by writing them down and then give some thought to how you can direct your undivided attention.
This week, practice doing one thing at a time and give it your full attention. I promise you will notice feeling more engaged, calmer, and way more present to your life!
