Be better, not bitter...I love this mantra.

When things don’t go your way rather than being bitter, cranky and resentful, consider that you may be better for it.

Seeing the possibility of emotional growth in a time of disappointment may help you learn to be more patient, accepting, productive, open and so much more!

Remember tobe better, not bitter the next time you are angry or about to host your own pity party!
