Multitasking Takes A Toll
It’s hard to do one thing well when you’re trying to do so many things at once! We are all multitaskers (I am the queen of this!) but, the truth is that multitasking takes its toll on your ability to focus, and it creates unnecessary emotional stress. Instead, try this: “Give full, interested attention to each thing that you do.”
Focusing actually allows you to accomplish more. You’ll feel more calm and productive instead of frazzled! Try it this week. Focus on what you are doing and notice if you are trying to do more than one thing at a time.
