Saying No Can Bring Balance To Your Life
Many people have a problem saying no. For instance, it isn’t selfish to turn down an invite from a friend if you are over-scheduled or just need a little down time. It might make you uncomfortable saying no but you need to realize in doing so you are taking care of yourself.
It’s OK to say no to things both at work (at times!) and in your personal life and you should feel comfortable saying no. Instead of saying yes to more than you can handle and overextending yourself, saying no can bring balance to your life.
