Leaving your comfort zone can be difficult, but being open and accepting of change can help you grow and might even lead to something better. Being positive about change is an integral part of feeling happy from the inside out!
Positive emotions have great health benefits. Our bodies produce higher levels of serotonin, which improve our mood and behavior. Shifting our paradigm to see the good in change is beneficial to our well-being.
In my own life, there have been big changes both personally and professionally. I'm excited to announce that I am moving on from LifeStep Coaching to Melissa Garson – Certified Life Coach and Speaker (www.melissagarson.com)! This is a huge step for me, and I know that it will allow me to be my most authentic self. I’m extremely thrilled about this journey and I can’t wait for you to join me in this new chapter in my life.
