Heal With Love
Many heartbreaking events have occurred recently and much of it is out of our control. It’s easy to get overwhelmed and be consumed with worry and fear in the wake of so much sad news.
Focus on what you CAN control and that is LOVE! We need to show love to one another, more now than ever. Love has a wonderful healing effect that can stretch far beyond a single interaction.
Even if you don’t consider yourself a “loving type of person”, go out of your comfort zone and share a kind word or comment with another human being. Smile at a stranger or practice patience with those around you.
This week, think about how you can make a caring connection with another person. Even a small act can be an expression of love and you can create a positive ripple effect.
